Registration:
I am already registered and therefore I have my own login and password. However, when I login, I do not see my team. What do I need to do?
This is easy! Here is all you need to do:
Login ONCE with the TEAM LOGIN
Team login = (you get these from your captain)
Team password =
Find your name on the roster page and click the THIS IS ME button by your name
On the next page, use OPTION #2 and enter your PERSONAL login and password
Update any information on your page and you will be set
Use your own login from now on.
I logged in with my login and my password and my team is not there. If I login with the Team Login, there is a "yes" by my name under registered. What do I do?
In this case, one of two things have happened.
You either:
-
have two or more personal logins set up in the system, email us, contactus@netcord.com or call 678.995.3638
- have hidden your team on your PUC. Go to your PUC, click on YES to view hidden teams. Click on SHOW to return the hidden team(s) to current.
I am new to Netcord and do not have a personal login yet, but I have the team login. What do I do?
Login with the team login and password (ONCE)
Click on the THIS IS ME button by your name.
Use OPTION #1 since you are not registered on netcord yet.
ON the next page, update your information and create your login and password to use from now on.
I have logged in, but I can not see all of the links. All I see is roster, schedule, photos, and logout.
You have logged in with the TEAM LOGIN. You need to login with your PERSONAL LOGIN.
Updating Your Profile:
I need to update my email address and other information. How do I do this?
Login with your login and password. You will be on your PUC (personal user console.) On that page, click on the green button that reads "EDIT MY PROFILE." You can update your information there.
About the "PUC":
What does PUC stand for?
PUC stands for Personal User Console. This is your personal control panel in Netcord. From here you can do most everything you need to do on the site.
My team was on my PUC yesterday, it's not there today. Where did it go?
You have hidden your team. This is easily remedied. Login with your login and password. On your PUC, click on YES to view hidden teams. This will show all of your Netcord teams. Click on SHOW by any teams you would like to show on your main page. Click on HIDE to hide any teams you do not want to show.
Firefox:
Is Netcord enabled to work with Firefox?
Netcord works well in all browsers, Internet Explorer, Safari, and Firefox.
Entering Your Schedule:
How do I enter my schedule?
- Login with your login and your password.
- Go to your team's schedule page.
- Click on EDIT SCHEDULE on the schedule page. This will open the schedule
form.
- Change your dates.
- Click on the first link that says "opponent" This will open the facility
database. It is very large with over 2000 facilities and may take a minute.
- Find your facility in the drop down list. Hint: type the first letter to
get to the part of the list that starts with that letter.
- Click Search and View directions.

If this is the correct facility, click on select this facility.
This will take a few minutes. However, once you have done it for your
schedule, the facility directions will be linked to your schedule page.
After properly entering your schedule, your opponents will also be linked to:
- lineup page
- results page
- availability page
- printable scorecards
Photos:
How do I add a picture to my team's website?
Any
player can upload or delete a photo to the team site
Login to your team's website and go to the photos page
Click on the BROWSE button to locate the photo on your computer you'd
like to upload
Photos must be in .jpg or .gif formats
Enter the caption you'd like to display
Click on UPLOAD PHOTO to submit
How do I delete a photo?
Click on DELETE PHOTO
to delete any photos
I can't see the DELETE PHOTO button, where is it?
You have uploaded a picture that is too large. If you scroll to the right, you will find the delete button. Please see the question below regarding sizes and formats.
What sizes and formats are allowed?
The recommended size is nothing over 500X500
The recommended resolution is nothing over 72 dpi
If you upload a photo that is too large for the page or takes too long
to load,
delete the photo (if it is really large, you may need to scroll to the right to find the delete button
resize it using your photo editing software
upload it again
