Since we get asked this question by a few of you each season, we wanted to remind you again how to update your personal information in the system. It's easy. Just log in with your personal login and password to go to your main login page (your PUC). Once there, click on the green "Update My Profile" button and make any changes needed. Then just click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page and you are all finished. The update in the system is instantaneous.
We are continually working on updates for the teamsites and other sections of the site. Email us if you have something on your "Netcord Wish List!"

| You have to love this time of the year. The playoffs of the Atlanta based tennis league that we all play in, (we lost so all of you Jerry Rules detractors can rejoice), The World Series, college football (go Mountaineers), pro football (go Chiefs), The Davis Cup finals (better luck next year USA), the Tour Championships at East Lake (OK, I'm just kidding on this one, who cares about golf) and of course, the World Brauts Eating Championship (52 in ten minutes). The tennis season is winding down and the top players are trying to qualify for the season ending championships. Roger Federer, who despite having a spot locked up for months has won the Madrid Masters tournament and the Swiss Indoor the last two weeks, beating Fernando Gonzalez in both finals. These late season indoor tournaments are usually packed with top players since only the top eight players qualify for the year end championships. For the women these tournaments are especially important since Sharapova and Mauresmo are battling for the number one ranking. So if you have the tennis channel, sit back and enjoy. |

| Recipe of the Month |
Asian Noodle Salad
This is a delicious, refreshing salad that keeps well and has no mayonnaise. It's really different. You can substitute some of the ingredients to suit your tastes.
2 bags oriental rice noodles or bean threads found in the oriental section of grocery store or at Whole Foods, etc..
2 eggs, scrambled and chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 can water chestnuts
1 can baby corn
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tb. sesame oil
1/4 cup sesame seeds (yes, this much!)
1/4 cup vegetable oil,
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar (found with other vinegars or asian section)
Put rice noodles (or Bean Threads) in boiling water. Let noodles cook for 3-4 minutes. Strain. Let cool. Add eggs, can of sliced water chestnuts, chopped cilantro, 1 can baby corn, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, vegetable oil, rice vinegar. Toss. Chill. Serve cold. Serves 8.
